Tko obrađuje vaše podatke

Koje podatke prikupljam

Kad pošaljete upit preko forme na ovoj stranici, prikupljam ono što sami upišete:

• ime i prezime te, ako ga navedete, ime partnera ili partnerice,
• e-mail adresu,
• vrstu usluge koja vas zanima, datum i lokaciju događaja,
• Instagram profil i izvor preko kojeg ste čuli za mene, ako ih navedete,
• sadržaj vaše poruke.

Isto vrijedi za podatke koje mi pošaljete e-mailom ili porukom na Instagramu.

Stranica uz vašu privolu koristi i alate za statistiku posjeta (Google Analytics i Microsoft Clarity). Oni bilježe podatke o korištenju stranice, poput posjećenih stranica, vrste uređaja i približne lokacije. Više o tome u odjeljku o kolačićima.

Zašto i na kojoj osnovi

• Odgovor na upit i izrada ponude. Podatke iz forme koristim isključivo kako bih vam odgovorila i, ako ste zainteresirani, dogovorila suradnju. Pravna osnova su radnje koje prethode sklapanju ugovora, a poduzimaju se na vaš zahtjev (čl. 6. st. 1. t. (b) Opće uredbe o zaštiti podataka).
• Izvršenje suradnje. Ako se dogovorimo, podatke koristim za organizaciju snimanja, isporuku materijala i izdavanje računa. Pravna osnova je izvršenje ugovora te zakonske obveze, primjerice računovodstveni propisi (čl. 6. st. 1. t. (b) i (c)).
• Statistika posjeta. Analitički alati koriste se samo ako ih prihvatite u obavijesti o kolačićima. Pravna osnova je vaša privola (čl. 6. st. 1. t. (a)), koju možete povući u bilo kojem trenutku.

Vaše podatke ne prodajem i ne koristim za slanje newslettera ili marketinških poruka.

Tko još ima pristup podacima

Za rad stranice i komunikaciju koristim sljedeće pružatelje usluga, koji podatke obrađuju u moje ime i prema mojim uputama:

• Web3Forms: prosljeđuje poruku iz forme na moj e-mail.
• Google: Gmail za e-mail komunikaciju i Google Analytics za statistiku posjeta.
• Microsoft Clarity: statistika korištenja stranice.
• Cloudflare: hosting i zaštita stranice.

Neki od tih pružatelja podatke mogu obrađivati i izvan Europskog gospodarskog prostora, prvenstveno u SAD-u. U tom slučaju prijenos se temelji na zaštitnim mjerama koje predviđa Opća uredba, poput Okvira za zaštitu podataka EU–SAD ili standardnih ugovornih klauzula.

Osim navedenih, vaše podatke ne dijelim s trećim stranama, osim kad to zahtijeva zakon.

Koliko dugo čuvam podatke

• Upite iz kojih ne proizađe suradnja čuvam najdulje 12 mjeseci od zadnje komunikacije, a zatim ih brišem.
• Ako dođe do suradnje, podatke čuvam za vrijeme njezina trajanja te nakon toga onoliko dugo koliko to zahtijevaju zakonski rokovi, primjerice za čuvanje računa.

Kolačići

Vaš odabir jezika i odgovor na obavijest o kolačićima spremaju se lokalno u vašem pregledniku i ne sadrže osobne podatke.

Vaša prava

U vezi sa svojim podacima imate pravo zatražiti pristup, ispravak ili brisanje, ograničenje obrade, prenosivost podataka te uložiti prigovor na obradu. Privolu za kolačiće možete povući bilo kada, bez utjecaja na zakonitost obrade prije povlačenja.

Sigurnost

Stranica se učitava isključivo preko šifrirane veze (HTTPS). Podacima iz upita pristupam samo ja, preko računa zaštićenih lozinkom.

Ovu politiku mogu povremeno ažurirati. Važeća verzija uvijek je objavljena na ovoj stranici, s datumom zadnje izmjene na vrhu.

Who processes your data

The data controller is Moments by Antea (Antea Bašić), Croatia. For any questions about your data, write to anteabasic123@gmail.com.

What data I collect

When you send an enquiry through the form on this site, I collect what you enter yourself:

• your first and last name and, if you include it, your partner's name,
• your e-mail address,
• the service you are interested in, the date and the location of the event,
• your Instagram profile and how you heard about me, if you include them,
• the content of your message.

The same applies to anything you send me by e-mail or Instagram message.

With your consent, the site also uses visitor analytics tools (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity). They record data about how the site is used, such as pages visited, device type and approximate location. See the cookies section for more.

Why, and on what legal basis

• Replying to your enquiry and preparing an offer. I use the details from the form only to reply to you and, if you are interested, to arrange our collaboration. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
• Carrying out the collaboration. If we agree to work together, I use your details to organise the shoot, deliver the material and issue invoices. The legal basis is performance of a contract and legal obligations, such as accounting rules (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).
• Visitor statistics. Analytics tools are used only if you accept them in the cookie notice. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

I do not sell your data and I do not use it for newsletters or marketing messages.

Who else has access to the data

To run the site and communicate with you, I use the following service providers, who process data on my behalf and according to my instructions:

• Web3Forms: forwards the message from the form to my e-mail.
• Google: Gmail for e-mail communication and Google Analytics for visitor statistics.
• Microsoft Clarity: site usage statistics.
• Cloudflare: hosting and protection of the site.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the USA. In that case the transfer relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Beyond these, I do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.

How long I keep the data

• Enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration are kept for at most 12 months after our last communication, and then deleted.
• If we work together, I keep the data for the duration of the collaboration and afterwards for as long as legal retention periods require, for example for invoices.

Cookies

Your language choice and your answer to the cookie notice are stored locally in your browser and contain no personal data.

Analytics tools (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) are loaded only after you accept them. You can change your choice at any time:

Your rights

Regarding your data, you have the right to request access, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

To exercise these rights, write to anteabasic123@gmail.com. If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).

Security

The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only I have access to the enquiry data, through password-protected accounts.

I may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
